Pandora is great, but it’s even better combined with Last.fm (http://pandorafm.real-ity.com/) — as your profile is built, you develop “neighbors” who have the same listening habits. I’ve found lots of great music through both Pandora and Last.fm.
You can add widgets to your blog, myspace page, etc., to show your recently played music, and there’s also a Last.fm plugin for itunes.
There’s lots more, but the Last.fm about page will probably make more sense.
